Eligible Refunds: Damaged Items Only

We accept refund requests only if your item arrives damaged or defective. If your product is broken, malfunctioning, or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To initiate a refund, email us at support@easycast.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Non-Eligible Refunds

We do not accept refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item
  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • You ordered by mistake
  • The item did not meet personal preference or expectation

Please ensure you want your item before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping

If your refund request is approved due to a damaged or defective item, EasyCast will cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged any return fees.

Digital Products

The EasyCast Knot Guide is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
